Day 01 :
Arrival and Transfer to Your Hotel

Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport (EBB), the Xcel adventures guide will warmly welcome you and provide a comprehensive briefing. They will then assist you in transferring to your hotel, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey.

After settling into your accommodation, take the opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate from the effects of jet lag. Enjoy a delicious dinner, allowing yourself to completely relax and prepare for the exciting adventures that await you in the coming days.

Day 02 :
Travel to Murchison Falls National Park - Visit the Top of Murchison Enroute Ziwa Rhino sanctuary

After breakfast, you will be picked by our company representative and kick start this day’s nature adventure with an exciting road trip to Murchison Falls National Park. Along the way, you will make a stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary where rhinos are being reintroduced to the wild in Uganda so that you have a complete feel of the African Big Five mammals. It is the rhinos, out of the Big Five that are missing in Murchison Falls National Park. You will have lunch at the sanctuary and some relaxation for an indefinitely short time and embark on an exciting road trip to Murchison Falls. Upon arrival inside the park, you will be amazed by the beautiful landscape while occasionally sighting warthogs and other wildlife with a drive to the top of the falls whose views are breathtaking.

Day 03 :
Game Drive through the Park and Boat Ride on the Victoria Nile

After your early morning breakfast, our driver’s guide picks you up for an early game drive. Explore the major game trails, especially around Paraa, for good game spotting, including many elephants, lions, giraffes, antelopes, jackals, hyenas, Uganda kobs, waterbucks, Jackson's hartebeests, and hopefully the elusive leopards among others. Later, return to the lodge for your lunch and relax for an indefinite short time. Later, we will set out for the afternoon boat to ride on the Victoria Nile, which is the highlight of any Murchison Falls safari. You will get to spot many animals at a close encounter. You will have to spot many hippos, Nile crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and many other animals that come to drink water, refresh, and cool themselves off the scorching sun. Some animals also eat fresh grass along riverbanks.

Day 04 :
Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

Have breakfast before leaving for Kibale National Park with your lunch packed. Approximately eight hours are needed to complete this beautiful drive. Near Lake Albert, you will pass. The Albert Rift's summit offers a stunning view on a clear day. Pass through the town of Fort Portal and arrive late at night to unwind at the lodge.

Day 05 :
Chimpanzee Tracking Tour in Kibale Forest, Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

You will transfer to the park offices after an early breakfast to meet the ranger guides for the pre-trek briefing. After that, you'll embark on a forest trek to find a group of chimpanzees. Numerous other species of wildlife will be visible as you walk through the forest. You might also see vervet monkeys, grey-cheeked mangabeys, red Colobus monkeys, and L'Hoest monkeys. From the 335 bird species that have been identified in the forest, bird lovers see many forest specials. In an effort to find one another, the chimpanzees will be swinging through the trees with great speed, panting, slapping the tree bark, and yelling. It is a memorable experience and an environment that makes you feel pumped up. After that, you'll head back to the lodge for lunch.

Later that day, you'll travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park, where you'll see wildlife and breathtaking scenery as you make your way to the lodge for some downtime.

Day 06 :
Tree-climbing Lions in Ishasha to Bwindi

Later that day, you'll travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park, where you'll see wildlife and breathtaking scenery as you make your way to the lodge for some downtime.You will travel through the Ishasha Sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park on this day as you make your transfer to the gorilla habitat. Lions that can scale trees are common in this region. Lunch will be on the way. To hopefully see the lions perched high in the fig tree branches, we will leave Ishasha and travel through this adventurous vast savannah region with topis and the southern equivalent of elephants. You will arrive in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park late at night to unwind.

Day 07 :
Trekking Mountain Gorillas in Bwindi National Park-Batwa Community Walk

After breakfast and a briefing from the park ranger guides, start your trek with a picnic lunch in hand. Finding the mountain gorillas may take up to four hours or more of hiking up and down slick slopes through mist-covered vegetation. You will therefore need a packed lunch for this activity. You will eventually encounter one of the most sought-after animals, the mountain gorillas, thanks to this ongoing quest. You will spend a full hour with them after you arrive, observing and learning about their behavior as you take pictures. Later, go back to the lodge to unwind for the evening.

Day 08 :
Transfer from Bwindi to Kigali Airport

Following breakfast at your own pace, you will check out and be driven to Kigali city with a stopover for lunch and any additional stops you decide to make for photography or scenic views. With refreshments and some downtime in the city, you can visit the Genocide Museum in Kigali. To easily catch an evening flight back home, you will later transfer to Kigali International Airport. Your eight days in the African wilderness will come to an end at this point.
